IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time spent — collected via cookies and analytics tools where you have consented.

We do not routinely collect special-category data. If you voluntarily provide information such as dietary requirements or accessibility needs, we process it solely to fulfil your booking.

Our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 except as part of a family booking made by an adult. Where a child’s details are provided, we process them solely to fulfil the booking.
