This is a plain-English summary of how our booking stages work and what each payment is for. It is written to be easy to follow — it is not the contract. The binding terms are set out in our Booking Terms & Conditions.
You tell us the fixture and experience you are interested in. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed at this stage — we come back to you with what is realistically available.
No payment taken.
You make a reservation payment. This holds your place in the queue for that fixture and authorises us to begin securing hospitality, accommodation and travel on your behalf. Your booking is not yet confirmed.
Reservation payment taken. Amount depends on your fixture and experience.
Once supplier availability is secured we confirm your package details and issue the balance for payment. When the balance is received your booking is fully confirmed and your experience is secured.

Hospitality, accommodation and travel are all subject to availability, and we will never describe a booking as confirmed before that availability is actually secured. If we are unable to deliver the experience you reserved, we will contact you personally to explain the position and set out your options — which may include an alternative fixture, an alternative experience tier, or a refund. Your specific entitlement in that situation is governed by our Booking Terms & Conditions.
Your booking is not confirmed until availability has been secured. If we cannot deliver the experience you reserved, we will contact you personally with your options. Refund entitlements are set out in our Booking Terms & Conditions.
If anything is unclear before you make a reservation payment, please ask us and we will explain it in writing first.
Contact us in writing as early as you can — the sooner we know, the more options are usually available. Quote your booking reference (in the format ME-YYYY-NNNN) so we can find your booking immediately.
